If your trip request is not a good fit, such as it is outside my expertise, I will let you know. If possible, I’ll try to find a colleague who can help.

Yes, I charge a nonrefundable planning fee. It’s charged before I send proposals as my work starts immediately once you hire me. My fee starts at $150, and it varies by trip complexity.

If you have already booked your trip, I am very limited in how I can help, if at all. Since you booked your trip on your own, my credentials are not tied to the booking. This greatly limits being able to assist you if an issue arises. Because of this, I usually do not take on trips that are already booked. Instead, I focus on putting together the best experience for your money. This includes working with travel partner companies.
